Communication

Communication is at the heart of everything we do. We’ll get in touch after every viewing, and if you don’t have viewings we’ll still get in touch to discuss how we can do more.

We believe in working in partnership with our vendors, with regular marketing and service reviews.

Feedback

We follow up every viewing within 24 hours. We like to give our viewers some time to reflect and gather their thoughts and any questions they may have.

So, if we don’t get feedback (or an offer) at the viewing, we’ll call the viewers the following day. Whatever feedback we receive, we’ll be honest with you and if there’s anything we can do to help, we will.

EPC

It is now a legal requirement that any property offered for sale has an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate), with the exception of listed properties.

WellingtonWise are happy to organise an EPC for you, to avoid any delay in marketing your property. Once complete, your EPC will be valid for 10 years.
