Our offices are now open and we are conducting appointments in strict accordance with Government guidance.
To rent a property through WellingtonWise Letting Agents you will need to complete several application forms and pay your application fees.
Full details of our fees are available via the link at the bottom of the page or just click here
Application forms are available in paper form via all of our offices. Alternatively we can supply a link to our online application, just supply us with your email address.
Once we have received your application forms and fees, WellingtonWise will put your application to the landlord. The property will not be not secured until the landlord has approved your application. We will only run one application at any one time.
Following landlord approval, your application will be processed by our referencing agency, Let Alliance, and once satisfactory references have been obtained we will call you to discuss the final steps and organise a date for you to move into your new home.
The first months rent & deposit, usually 1.5 times the monthly rent, must be paid in cleared funds before or on the date you are due to move in and prior to signing the tenancy agreement and collecting your keys. If WellingtonWise are managing the property you will be provided with an inventory of the property, direct debit forms to pay your monthly rent by bank transfer and all of the contact information you may need during your tenancy.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
You will be required to complete the following forms as part of your application, all of which are available on request.
